What You Will Do

  • Prepare, weigh, and measure ingredients following the recipe.
  • Prepare and work with different types of dough, cake mixtures, fillings, creams, and decorations.
  • Set up and operate bakery machines and equipment.
  • Bake, finish, and decorate pastry products following our guidelines.
  • Check the quality, weight, shape, texture, taste, and appearance of the products.
  • Find and solve problems during production.
  • Keep your workplace and equipment clean and follow HACCP and company hygiene rules.
  • Record important production and quality information.
  • Take good care of ingredients, materials, and machines.
  • Help improve product quality and the way we work.
  • Work together with your colleagues and share important information with the next shift.
