What you will do:

  • Prepare, weigh, and measure ingredients following the recipe.
  • Set up and operate machines used to make bread.
  • Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake different types of bread.
  • Check the dough and bread during the production process.
  • Check the quality, weight, shape, and appearance of the bread.
  • Find and solve problems during production.
  • Keep your workplace and equipment clean and follow HACCP and company hygiene rules.
  • Record important production and quality information.
  • Help improve product quality and the way we work.
  • Work together with your colleagues in the bakery.
  • Share important information with the next shift.

Your Working Day

You can work day, evening, or night shifts. We think it is important that you are flexible with your working hours. Of course, we are happy to discuss your wishes and availability with you.

With your enthusiasm, you will work together with the team to make our delicious traditional bakery products.

Bakkerij Nollen is een échte ambachtelijke bakkerij met een rijke historie. We zijn een familiebedrijf dat al vier generaties wordt doorgegeven van vader op zoon al meer dan 100 jaar. Trots op ons Predicaat Hofleverancier. Wij bereiden al het brood, banket en chocolade op traditionele en ambachtelijke wijze met pure ingrediënten in onze centrale bakkerij in Hengevelde.

Om iedereen vanuit onze 24 eigen winkels en vele supermarkten in Twente, de Achterhoek en Salland te laten genieten. We groeien hard en daarom zoeken we jou!
